My T has to fill out a form once a year detailing my needs. They include PTSD related breakdowns and time off for therapy during the workday. HR sends it off to the dept of labor and they reply back with a form for the company that says what they need to do to comply with the law. Thankfully I have a great company and they never give me flack.
I just read through some of the EEOC stuff -very helpful. Do you know which form your T filled out?

I'll probably end up talking to the EAP, but if after consulting them it seems reasonable, then I think it would be helpful for me to have forms filled out by my therapist, psychiatrist and pain doctor really just saying that I need the appointments. Then it will be out there, I'm backed up, and presumably no more grief about them.

Thanks again.
