You're right, pachy. Sorry, I wasn't even thinking of non-PC members (nor PC members who might be browsing the forums without logging in).

Till now, we've had three kinds of social groups that I know of: public, moderated, and invite-only. I take it that private will be a fourth kind.

As far as I can tell, any logged-in PC member can see and read the forums of public social groups but you have to be a member of the social group to even see the forum of a moderated or invite-only group listed on the Forums at Psych Central index page.
