Thank you for sharing, and hope that you will continue to post. Alters can take all sorts of forms, including Animals, Aliens, etc, according to the Professional writings. Glad to see that you have a therapist who is understanding of the processes and I wish you the best as you continue to grow and learn about dissociative disorders, reaching out and speaking about your journey must have been hard, but know that you are not alone in some of the concepts you have discussed, they are talked about in Professional journal articles that I have come across, i.e. Alien Alters/encounters, past life incidents, etc.
