Hahaha - my ex-mother-in-law used to iron her sheets & everyones underwear. I iron wrinkles into clothes. I'm all for stuffing things in closets. Out of side, out of mind.
In the grand scheme of things as long as things are not filthy and unsanitary, you're right, it really doesn't matter.
