When you do have a mixed episode, how long does it last? Is it when you dont have a "routine" and you're bored? Or does it happen when you're at work or a regular activity each day/each week?
How do you know its a mixed episode? I'm just curious if this was confirmed with your psychologist or not.
Do you have the conflicting thoughts all day long?
