Unless it's a form of anhedonia I would think that you might be glad not to want
to fight anymore, especially if it's a personal situation involving disagreement with
someone. If it's a lack of effort to fight an exhausting illness, that's another matter.
Sabra's idea that the best way to fight no emotional reactions is to try to help someone else.

Hate is not the opposite of love; hate is an emotion, too, and represents the frustration of the drive for love. The real opposite of love is indifference, which is the withdrawal of emotion. Too much of either might be the cause, possibly.
