Why do I keep hearing music in my head when I'm alone? Well, I think it had to do with my turning up the volume so high when I was listening to my Ipod. Yeah, I wanted an ipod for christmas three years ago, simply because some guy or girl said i could not afford it. I got one from my cousin but little did I know that the music she had placed inside my ipod would be so depressing. I was also really down at the moment because I did not have a lot of friends and was often bullied. I wanted to show the girl how i can have one too! I then got one and showed it to her and from then on, i had been listening to my ipod but then all of a sudden i heard the music in my head and then i started to realize that i probably have auditory hallucinations. i went to an audiologist and a therapist to check it out. the therapist gave me medications but they didn't work. the audiologist says there's nothing wrong with your ears, just a few infections here and there, probably having to do with water getting inside or something like that. the music to this day haunts me. even as i am talking about it, the sensations are starting to return. I don't want to hear it at all, but I just can't help it. do you suppose this could be tinnitus or anything much worse?
