That IS a good way to go about it - consider the source, compare what kind of propaganda the source has issued on other issues, etc. All good and valid.

However, for a teenager - OP is a teen boy - it is also helpful to review the offered materials on their own, without considering the source. If you review the offered thing on Lies about Pornography ON ITS OWN (I did it with one fifth of the recommended article in the post above), you will see that is stupid ON ITS OWN, internally. Then you do not need to go hunt for other recommendations from the same source, etc.

These two approaches to making a judgment on information found on the Net - yours and mine - are not mutually exclusive but just nicely complement each other.
