People annoy me a lot also. My T assures me that this is indeed a part of Bipolar.. I spend a pretty good amount of time daily doing self care, meditation, yoga, breathing sessions.
Yeah and then there are the ones who love drama, hard to meditate them out of my life lol
I personally don't worry about when I will or will not snap out of a mood.. Because that always seems to make my mood last longer
