I feel achy especially in my neck.

I had a moment of craziness this evening. My email was moved and I couldn't get to it. They kept making me solve puzzles because they thought my stupidity indicated a robot for some reason. I felt so helpless and was pounding my head. I couldn't remember the password which I hadn't had to use in a while. They wanted to send a link to reset the password to the same email I couldn't get into. Does that sound reasonable? Maybe they were robots?
