Yep. I would agree, but I cut out caffeine (and am working on sugar), and wheat, and don't drink alcohol so I feel generally calm most of the time. Diet is important.
Dr. Kathleen DesMaissons has written several books related to sugar sensitivity, other foods, etc., that are bothersome. One of them is called
Potatotes, Not Prozac. And she has one called
Radiant Recovery, which I imagine is equally impressive about diet.
