Glad to hear you are feeling good.
My pdoc suggested melatonin, which is over the counter. She didn't want me to take trazodone anymore because you develop a tolerance to it (I was already beginning to) and because I'm already on enough damned meds that I may as well try something natural, hey? It seems to work alright as long as I also practice good sleep hygiene. Like not watching a ton of TV right before bed, or being on the computer forever (like I am right now). And as long as I go to sleep when I feel tired and not try to push through and do other stuff. Maybe ask your pdoc about it, see what they think.
