Hi..hope you've had some sleep. Do you have a time frame for your fast? or just when the spirit moves you?

I vaguely remember becoming naturally euphoric when fasting...thanks for the reminder...time to try it again..it certainly can't hurt at this stage.

What do you drink/eat to stomach the zoloft? My stabilizers for now: 200 zoloft, 200 lamictal and tramadol when needed.
