I really should have taken this seriously as a warning. Apt with T did not go well. I was on the fasting high but then she killed it. Deep, dark, depressed again. She told me to go eat some candy because I was getting to the point where I was going to fall over. So after arguing with my boyfriend about it for a while, actually had a little bit of almond joy then got sucked into a social situation for lunch. And I couldn't just not eat in front of one friend in particular and ended up eating too much too fast and made myself sick again. FML, I really miss the spiritual thing I had going and I wish I hadnt gone to see my T today.
