I need to lose weight and I thought about a cereal diet. I was just wondering if anyone has done one?
What I mean by cereal diet is like a cereal bar for breakfast and then a bowl of low cal/ low fat cereal for lunch and then a small dinner.
I know Special K is always talking about replacing a lunch or snack with cereal. If anyone has done this is it hard to stick with and did you lose weight and keep it off?
