I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, and I have terrible anxiety.
I had an anxiety attack yesterday that ended with me calling my psyche clinic's crisis line.
I don't know that it's necessarily a package deal, but the folks I know that have depression also have anxiety.

I hope that it's some comfort...
