Sent from my GS3.
That sounds great! But the appointment isn't really in the near future.... interesting that you only got it for the 25th....
but anyways I hope it will help !

The other thing I wanted to say, is when you are dealing with depression, you feel like you are the weakest, and the most alone you've ever been. Now basically why depression seems to be impossible to overcome is the fact that you have to be the strongest, when you are the most vulnerable and weak. And nobody from the outside can really help, if you can't help yourself.
So what I'm trying to say, that this is why it's super hard, because you have to gather up that lost energy, and motivation and strength, and start curing yourself. You have to do the biggest task ever in your life, when you feel like you can't even move.
That's why this illness, or condition is really hard to overcome. But once you feel you made the first step, it eventually will get easier. Because you will finally know what to do, and where to go. Just those first steps are the hardest. BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT nobody else will do it for you.
