I think Rectopath makes a good point about keeping a diary that you write in afterward. It helps a lot of people to think and connect back to their session. I think also keeping busy afterwards helps bring you back into the real world. But i totally get post therapy blues!

There is lots of CBT therapists out there so getting one privately won't be a problem and at least you'll be in control of how many sessions you go for.
