I work full time. Because of that, I like to see my T in the evening--usually 6PM. On occasion, I've had to see her in the middle if the day, and it is not fun going back to work after that, not to mention the fact that it causes me to take a 1 hour and 15 minute lunch. It's really hard to concentrate on work after an hour of deep, guided introspection. Although I rarely cry, therapy often stirs up a lot of emotion....

I've been on a couple leaves of absence from work. When that was the case, it didn't matter to me what time I saw her. Like several if you, I'm not much if a morning person, but I'm awake by her earliest appointment time, 9am.

I've also seen her on a Saturday, which wasn't bad. However, I found that it either interfered with my plans for fun or my plans of relaxing....
