I tried two different groups on T's suggestion.

I was so uncomfortable and vulnerable that I couldn't stay.

I think I found every reason in the book on why I couldn't go back but the bottom line was I just wasn't ready.

I had an attitude too, like I was pissed off that I even "had" to be there.

Maybe I would find it different now.
