I've been in a full blown psychosis before. Went to hospital slowly came out of it

I recently was in a mixed state. Always seem to struggle with some paranoia.

Now what is happening is if I take my afternoon dose of risperdal even a little late I get this feeling like I'm in a dream. Then like my mind is ready to break. It scares me. Anybody else have this?

Any advice/ideas would be appreciated.
