I had back surgery and have had pain since the injury.
I'm starting to exercise again. Its slow going but I'm doing it.
My goal is 5 times a week.
When I started I could only do 7 mins. I'm up to 12 now. I'm doing a walking video until it hurts then I stop but I have improved a little. I have permanent numbness in my left calf and bottom of my left foot, so I put most my weight on my right side. Pain is in the back and right leg.
I'm hoping to keep at it though.
