Armstrong, how severe are your "social anxiety and manic depression" symptoms? Have you seen a doctor?

Thank you so much for the advice and for responding! Much appreciated...
Well I'd say my manic depression or my ups and downs and social anxiety have gotten much better since leaving the Navy, but I'd say that they're still there. I am starting to get over them alot more now. I guess my problem now is more self esteem issues. I care too much about what others think about me. Also my social anxiety is more about not knowing how to approach a stranger or not knowing or fearing sparking up a conversation with a stranger. I am scared of rejection or awkwardness.
