I find Trazodone to be an amazing sleep aid, but I was given that before a bipolar diagnosis. I don't know if it's compatible with bipolar or not cuz it's an antidepressant. It's supposed to be one of the best things out there for sleep. Barring that, Seroquel is awfully good too and safe for bipolar. May your slumber be blest as you lay down to rest. Sleep tight.
