I do not like most of the people I sit around in my office building. I am not sure it is all them or some of me too. it is like every sound if the most irritating and annoying thing ever. I can't stand their small talk, the fakeness.

I just want to be left alone to do my work and that is all. Is this BPD or just me? It is a fight every morning just to get out of bed and get in to the office. The only thing that works lately is I need my paycheck.

Does anyone know if employers account for this as a medical issue to where we can get some accommodations for them? I really need it.
Do you work a type of job that you could do at home a day or two a week? Would your employeers possible go for that alternative? Can you get your desk moved farther away from the ones bothering you or otherwise change things up a bit so they won't bother you as much? Can you possibly take in a pair of headphones/earbuds to listen to music instead of them? Can you work different hours that wouldn't be with these people. Would you feel comfortable talking to your supervisors about the problems you're having? I know...more questions...but I'm trying to get a feel for your situation so maybe I can give better advice.
Thanks for this!
