It is a job where if they went for it I could so do from home very easily. And also if I weren't doing my job, you would know it. My clients and all would so definitely reach out if my tasks were not completed.
I can't get moved as we are packed with people as it is.
I do have headphones and use them constantly to no avail. I would have to spill it to my managers and I am not prepared to do that, not yet anyway. I could talk to HR but in the past those that have and have confided have regretted it painfully.
