Most of the time it is pretty informal. We have a smaller membership here so the chat is not always full of people all times of day and night as it is on some other boards.

Feel free to join in when you see people in there, and if you want to start you can enter the chat yourself and wait for awhile and see if anyone is available. It is a "chicken and egg" thing so lots of times I see just one person in there, obviously just waiting for someone to show.

With time I think you'll find times during the day that are more likely to have people around.

There are I think also some scheduled times when people agree to meet there but I don't know when they are, I've always just been an "impulse shopper" so far.
