I have achy bones too so I sympathize. I have regular (excrutiating) pain in my spine, and pelvis, moderate to bad pain in knees and ankles, sometimes in my 1 hand too.
Been living like this for a year without answers from the drs I've seen except that it seems stress related and have basically given up, painkillers don't even make a dent relief wise. I do get enough sunlight though...

Anyway just wanted to say I feel your pain
