Hi I have been the owner of a whopping headache for the past few days, it began at the piont where your spine goes into your skull, then worked its way slowly round to the left temple then to the top of my head and is presently on its way back to the placew where it started, my eyes feel extremely tired, at work i was in a meeting where the other person was sat beside some almost closed blinds, i really could not concentrate and felt awful unable to focus on him because of flashy lines whenever i moved my eyes from another person back to him. I have been taking my normal pain meds which consist of 60mg codeine and 1000mg paracetamol per dose 4 times a day and it has made very little difference to the headache, i have never had migranes and hadrly ever get more than a niggle of a headache and even that is rare.
