I have been inpatient in Psych Unit few times. I might have to go back in. The last time I was there was last year…for 3 months.
If you are danger to yourself then that is probably where you need to go.
I am trying to weigh up that decision at the moment…my partner doesn't want me to go inside again. It's hard.
