I wish I had a good answer for you. The only thing I can say is what I do and that is to remember I absolutely need my job, more like paycheck and times are rough lately.

More people than open jobs so I am not likely to do anything at least at work that will ruin that as that will not help me. Now I say this with the caveat that it doesn't help me every day. I win more battles of the go to work, don't go to work morning argument in my head just to try to get me out of bed.

let your therapist/pdoc know so you can adjust meds if necessary. I needed a stronger dose for a while to get me right with the depression factor. And well like I said, it is a daily struggle for me.
