I don't blame you for feeling anxious, It sounds like life has worn you down recently. I have some thoughts to share with you that may help. Try displacing your anxiety into a hobby like painting, journaling your feelings, etc. Some other things that help in overcoming anxiety that I have found are cognitive restructuring (Adjusting your thinking patterns). Some other ideas that may help you move forward Would be to tell yourself positive affirmations daily as often as you need them, or relaxation training such as yoga Or controlled breathing. There is always a hotline out there you can call for further support and help if you need to.
