Your plan is to use marriage as a tool to accomplish two things:
1) have instant and unlimited access to kissing and cuddling with the future husband
2) (probably by using (1) above a lot, according to the design you have in mind) stop feeling weak legs around hot guys other than the husband.
All that is OK, no problem with that except see the wikipedia link at the bottom of my post, but you should be aware that people usually have other goals in mind when they marry - they often look for commonality on a non-sexual level, some type of common ground with respect to how to spend time when not cuddling, how to raise children together, etc. In other words, usually people use marriage for more than (1)+(2). To use marriage the way people commonly use it these days, you need to become older, because unless you first become older, you won't be able to know yourself enough to form your opinion on what you need, how you intend to raise your children, etc.
The goal in (1) can be fully met (to the extent that it can possibly be met given the reality of work and dishwashing) by having a live-in boyfriend - marriage is not necessary.
The goal (2) is outside of your control, and it may so happen that you continue to have the feeling of weak legs around hot guys even if you have attained goal (1) (via marriage or cohabitation with a bf).
Because (2) is outside of your control, you should read this:
