Just to let you all know that the decision of quitting group and therapy isn't mine alone. Received an email from T and she said that the person that I didn't know was paying for my therapy cannot do it after October. So it isn't my decision alone.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. We have proof. We found it! 
- or at least have a strong grasp on it and not letting go. (Even though our healing is still happening.)
