The issues between you and T can be resolved although I understand it's hard to see that through the darkness.

Four years of being with T is not something to just walk away from, especially right now.

Why not set a goal that if she "doesn't get it" by the end of the year you'll find a new one.

But sigh. You have to do what you think is best.
