Some motivational words to think about next time you’re sad, upset, or just plain feeling “blah”. I love finding stuff like this, it helps to lift my spirits and help me remember that life isn’t really all that bad. I came across this article on stumbleupon called “45 Life Lessons, Written by a 90 Year Old”.

Here are some of my favorites that I really like as someone dealing with Bipolar

- When in doubt, just take the next small step.
- Life is too short not to enjoy it.
- Cry with someone. It’s more healing than crying alone.
- Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
- Whatever doesn’t kill you really does make you stronger
- It’s never too late to be happy. But it’s all up to you and no one else.
- Overprepare, then go with the flow.
- Frame every so-called disaster with these words, ‘In five years, will this matter?’
- However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
- If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d
grab ours back.
- Life isn’t tied with a bow, but it’s still a gift.
