Agree with the above - see a doctor for blood tests. You have a good job (at a college, right?) so you must have good insurance. Get a thorough workup.

Thyroid problems, in women, can very easily give you that. Anemia can, too, and a host of other easily remediable physical problems. They are the first to correct or to rule out.
