Other wise your sleep patterns seem normal. How early do you get up? If you get up at 5am, falling asleep at 8 is normal.

I have hypersomnia, and it drives me a little crazy when people say it's enviable!
Do you have good sleep hygiene? Good pillows, a room that's not too hot, no caffeine late at night, no TV just before bed?
And do you do any exercise?
