SD, I have read all of TR Pearson(I think), The only novelist that mentions Hardees in Wilson, or was it Goldsboro. I remember the lady at the county fair with the buckeye.

I also really like Clyde Edgerton [I collect him as well, (have about five first editions(four of them signed)], not that he is anything like Faulkner, just funny and Southern.
