I don't think I have have sleep apnea, but who knows. My depression has been and is under control so far, so fingers crossed its not that. I did have a full physical in December, and my blood tests were normal. I'm thinking it might be my depression medicine? I don't wanna cut back though....
I usually go to bed at 10pm, and sometimes it's a struggle to stay up that late...and I wake up around 6:30. That's a good 8.5 hrs of sleep! It should be the perfect amount, one would think! Last night I came home and fell asleep from 6-7:30, then again from 10:45-6:30. Ad I could have stayed in bed!
