Try going for long walks when you can to stimulate your brain. Aim for 45 mins. Work it into your schedule. Also try to eat Eggs(choline) and fish like tuna(omegas,niacin) which have iron and b vitamins protein etc. Have a big water bottle refillable gladware with you at all times.
