How recent are the meds?? I started Lamotrigine not that long ago, and I'm terribly lethargic on it. Maybe you should get your fatigue checked out though. Get some blood work and stuff done by your doctor. I hope you feel better soon. It's hard to be that exhausted. Take good care.
