Get your lithium blood levels checked! I am on Lamictal and it does not make me tired but ER are all different. Lithium made me lethargic, shake really mad and dry mouth and huge weight gain. It didn't work for me but I know it is the first line of defense drug for BP. Do you have any other signs of depression besides fatigue? Check out the symptoms for depression.
