Hello everybody, I have been of for about 7 weeks of work due to my depression and I was just wondering how I'm going to handle it. I'm so stressed out about it that I start to cry about it. Work for me was very stressful and when I was there last I was crying and I was a complete mess. I don't mean to sound ungrateful as I am lucky to have a job in Ireland with the way things are here and indeed, all over the world. What am I going to do, I have to go back at some point but when is the right time to go. As I'm writing this I'm filling up. I can't sleep at night thinking about this.I mentioned this to my therapist and she was baffled as to why I was so stressed about it. Please Help.
