when I was on Topamax, the only remotely sexual thing that still registered with me (REMOTELY) was that when I would come to work - I was at that time commuting by bike, and should go back to doing that - usually a man would open the door for me (It is hard to open the door using the badge and wheel the bike in) or a woman. Men more often than women because the workplace is 80% male. So I after a while I noticed that I felt a little happier in the morning if a man would open the door. The people were not known to me - just random people who happened to be near the building door. But still, it felt more appropriate when a man would help me in, with a smile and all the rest that is generally approrpiate in such occasions.

Then it dawned on me that my relative happiness that followed a brief door encounter with a random man signaled, indirectly, that I was still heterosexual, as before.

In other words, Topamax, in my experience, does not just kill the drive - it kills all fantasy life, completely removes the ability to generate natural lubrication, and just negates and cancels your whole existence as a sexual being.

Somebody on here used to have unorgasmia on Topamax, but after 4-6 months she adjusted, partially, and now she is able to orgasm, but it takes her a long time. If you PM me, I will send you her userid so that you can search her posts - she has posted about Topamax several times.
