Thought I'd properly say hi, instead of lurking as I usually do.

I nearly OD'ed in Feb, almost cooked my kidneys and liver, after a fortnight in hospital, I was set free, and came home. A week or so later, I got the discharge summary, and on it, was a previous medical history (this is a hospital I've been to ONCE, to detox from benzos) said BPD, and the current stuff backed it up.

I'm now seeing a psychaitrist as well as my psychologist.

I've read about borderline and well, yea, it's me.

Now I just need to try to find out the best ways of managing this.

I suffer major depression, generalised anxiety disorder, mild agrophobia, have trouble making/keeping friends, have NO motivation, NO energy, am an addict (benzos, pain pills and booze) and am having HUGE marital troubles right now, however it is not altogether just my fault.

Anyone similar and got some advice on dealing with all this?? I have the usual self harm and suicidal tendencies with all this jazz too. :/

x
