I haven't started a journal yet but I think it could make a big difference in my life if I did. What we feel is really hard to describe to others at times it could even end up by the other person getting completely fed up of listening to us as we are un able to say things in a rational way. If we write it down then the others have time to read what we have written as many times as they like until they at last understand how we really feel. I hope I haven't been to complicating in this.
