ive had external mumbling and name calling and incoherent words.

but then theres like a whole other world inside --> commenting on what i do. or asking me questions.

the line between those is thin.
it can sound like its inside my mind. then it can sound like if i had a box over my head and a loudspeaker in the box - the area around my head. then its like people talking to me from plants and birds and inside my walls etc. WOW. like someone is trying to talk inside my mind and then tries to push out and then like it eventually gets out.

its like they are mostly old white men. sometimes females. sometimes british men.
