Hi hun…firstly, I feel for you, it is so hard to return to work when you have been out and then all the stress associated with going back and how you will cope.

A 3 day wk sounds good if you could get it?

Do you feel able to return to work?

Also, I am sad to hear your therapist was baffled…that really leaves me dumbfounded…

When I had to leave work I couldn't return…even when I had to go in and give psych letters etc I actually physically got sick beforehand every time.

Unfortunately, I never returned…it was great paying job, had just finished my first degree (needed to see the counsellors the whole time in College ). But I can't change the past…wish I could.

I have been on disability since then…I did return to College again years later and did another degree…with the help of Disability Support Services again. I haven't been able to work, I was inpatient in psych unit during the most recent degree…so finished later than everyone else. I applied for some Masters but sure there is not a hope I be able…

Sorry, I ranted in this reply. It takes a lot to return to work and I really hope your therapist or someone can help you.
