I Know we sometimes are in crisis and need... but sometimes forum gets flooded by various thread by one name, new and bumped...

sometimes it feels bit like spamming.

I don't know if there should be some rule (usually forums have (unwritten) code of replying to one or two others threads before starting your own), or if we should simply think "do I really need to start a thread on this... could it fit in one of the three threads that are currently on the top of the forum?).
